    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the services of Teflow Pumps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    2. Product Information

    We strive to provide accurate product information. However, specifications may change without notice. Please contact us for the most current information before making purchasing decisions.

    3. Quotations and Pricing

    All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed before order processing.

    4. Warranty

    Warranty terms are confirmed with each quotation and vary by product and application. Please refer to the specific product documentation and quotation for detailed warranty information.

    5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Consulting Services: Consulting engagements can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.

    Monthly Charges & Retainers: For ongoing services billed on a monthly basis (such as preventive maintenance or ongoing consultancy retainers), you may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. You will be responsible for charges incurred up to the end of the cancellation notice period. Monthly charges are non-refundable once billed for the active cycle.

    Products & Custom Solutions: Orders for standard physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours. Custom pump solutions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Teflow Pumps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
